Located in the heart of Chamartín, Madrid, Papa John’s Pizza on Calle del Príncipe de Vergara 100 offers an inviting slice of authentic and innovative pizza craftsmanship. As a fast food and vegetarian-friendly pizza restaurant, this Papa John’s branch stands out by combining speedy service with quality ingredients and thoughtful flavor combinations that appeal to all palates.
The menu is a delightful journey through rich, cheesy indulgence and fresh, vibrant toppings. Highlights include the Especial Queso Azul, which layers natural tomato sauce with mozzarella, a robust five-cheese blend, tangy blue cheese, and aromatic Italian herbs—an irresistibly savory choice priced at €13.95. For cheese lovers seeking even more complexity, the Super Cheese pizza adds the distinctive creaminess of goat cheese to the mix, crafting a luscious, gooey experience for €14.95. Vegetarians and vegans are equally well-served here, with options like the Papa John’s Green pizza, featuring vegan cheese, fresh tomato slices, green pepper, and portobello mushrooms atop a base of naturally tangy tomato sauce.
Complementing the pizzas are scrumptious starters that perfectly prepare your palate: Papa Rolls filled with ham or pepperoni deliver a fresh-baked chewiness paired with melted mozzarella for just €4.95 per 8-piece order. The Pechuguitas de Pollo, breaded and oven-baked chicken nuggets served with a sauce, offer a crispy, savory bite at the same friendly price point. And of course, no pizza outing would be complete without the classic Pan de Ajo con Queso, a golden, aromatic garlic bread topped with melted mozzarella—a comforting starter or side that melts in your mouth.
The atmosphere inside Papa John’s Príncipe de Vergara fosters a casual, fast-paced dining experience that does not sacrifice quality. Though the space is on the cozier side, its efficiency is remarkable, especially during busy hours. Reviewers have praised the friendly staff and the human touch that elevates the fast food experience—an efficiency embedded in genuine care, ensuring your piping-hot pizza arrives quickly, often within eight minutes of ordering.

Meanwhile, A J’s enthusiasm about the “very juicy” pizzas and Manuel M’s welcome to say “bye bye Telepizza” confirms the irresistible appeal of these generously sized, affordable pies.
For those looking to share their favorites or try more at a great value, the Super Duo promotion offers two pizzas of your choice for just €18.95—a deal that invites friends or family to indulge in a genuine taste of Papa John’s excellence.

Best pizza in the world now available in Madrid. A bit more expensive than Domino's or Telepizza but it's worth it!

I had a great experience at Papa John's Pizza Príncipe de Vergara in Spain Fast food isn't delivered by a contracted team; manual labor is key here. The human element and work experience are very evident. I ordered an XXL pizza during peak hours. It was only full of delivery drivers and had three employees, all managed by a very efficient supervisor. My pizza arrived in no more than 8 minutes. I was amazed by the quality of service. I asked one of the delivery drivers his name, and he said it was Erick. What professionalism! If you want quality, I recommend going to Príncipe de Vergara.

We tried their pizzas for the first time when we were in Madrid. They were very delicious, very juicy, I even forgot to take pictures in the beginning when they were whole. We couldn’t order online as we didn’t have a Spanish phone number, so we went and ordered on the spot. Waited 10-15 minutes for the pizza to be ready. Will definitely come back to their restaurants.

I mean....it's Papa John's, just in Spain. Pretty much exactly the same as in the US...down to the random pepper in box and garlic sauce. Of course you can straight up order beer at pizza franchises over here so there is that. Service is good....nice enough staff and easy to order online for pickup or delivery. There are only three locations in Madrid if I'm not mistaken, and they are fairly new.
